HOW DO I START?
​If you have a signed contract, all you need to do is email it through to us at team@impactlegal.com.au, along with your best contact details, and we'll get in touch with you to introduce ourselves.

If you don't have a contract yet (or you do but it is still unsigned), feel free to reach out using our contact form or give us a call to discuss your situation and we'll help you understand next steps.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
​​We operate a fixed-fee service with no upfront costs; our fee is paid at the settlement of your contract.

We provide clear, fixed-fee pricing for all conveyancing, outlining all anticipated costs at the start so you know exactly what to expect! Plus, there are no upfront costs or manual payments - we are paid at settlement.

PURCHASE
For purchase contracts, we charge $1,600+GST plus searches (searches are typically $400-500, depending on the council and searches requested).

SALE
For sale contracts, we charge $1,200+GST.
