TRANSPARENT PRICING - FIXED-FEE CONVEYANCING

​We provide clear, fixed-fee pricing for all conveyancing, outlining all anticipated costs at the start so you know exactly what to expect! Plus, there are no upfront costs - we are paid at settlement.

PURCHASE
For purchase contracts, we charge $1,600+GST plus outlays and searches (searches are typically $400-500, depending on the council and searches requested). Please note that termination fees may apply for terminated contracts.

SALE

For sale contracts, we charge $1,200+GST plus outlays.

SELLER'S DISCLOSURE STATEMENT/FORM 2

For drafting a Seller's Disclosure Statement (required for all sellers), we charge $990+GST.

We typically return your drafted Form 2 within 1-2 business days for standard house contracts, however please allow 3-5 business days as some searches can take longer to be returned. NOTE: units require 5-7 business days for a draft as Body Corporate searches take a minimum of 5 days.
