WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE OPENING HOURS?
We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. However, it's important to note that our office is open by appointment only. If you would like to meet in person or need to see us in the office, please contact our team to arrange a time.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in Cairns, with an office in Earlville. We work with buyers and sellers all throughout Queensland.
DO I NEED TO BE IN CAIRNS TO ENGAGE YOU?
No, you don't need to be local to Cairns to engage us. All our documentation and client onboarding can be done virtually - you will need to have access to both email and phone.
HOW LONG DOES CONVEYANCING TAKE IN QUEENSLAND?
The time depends on the contract conditions; many residential contracts in Queensland are drawn up with a 30 day settlement so it can be quite quick. We work with you to meet the relevant timelines based on your specific contract.
WHEN SHOULD I ENGAGE A CONVEYANCER?
It's helpful to engage a conveyancer - or at least make contact with one - as soon as you've decided you're looking to buy or sell a property. That way, the team can be aware of your circumstances and be available to support as soon as you have a contract ready for review.

HOW & WHEN DO I PAY YOU?
We are paid at settlement - so it's nice and easy, you won't need to manually pay any invoice or pay us upfront.
