For purchase contracts, we charge $1,350+GST plus searches (searches are typically $400-500, depending on the council and searches requested).
SALE
For sale contracts, we charge $1,100+GST. If your contract does not settle, we do not charge any fees; we ultimately want to help you sell your property.
